Your materials are carefully designed to support the learning objectives in the formal school curriculum and to engage and encourage student learning and participation. You are a positive role model for the students you will work with and they will gain great insights into the world of work through their time with you. They will also be encouraged to see a link between what they learn in the classroom and the working world and become better prepared for their post school lives.

Tell students everything about yourself
Be a role model from the world of work and share those experiences
Control students behaviour
